Delivery Terms

All items are sent via Royal Mail Services

In the case of 1st Class Post - Most items will fit straight through your letterbox however if your parcel is too big to fit through a letterbox and there is no one home to take delivery you may have to pick the item up from your local post office or delivery depot. Royal Mail will leave you a card with instructions on how to do this.

In the case of 1st Class Recorded Delivery and Special Delivery - There needs to be someone home to sign for your parcel, if no one is available to sign for it then you will need to pick the item up from your local post office or delivery depot. Royal Mail will leave you a card with instructions on how to do this.

Please be patient over busy postal periods such as Weekends, Bank Holidays, National Holidays, Strikes, Bad Weather and of course the Christmas Holidays AT THESE TIMES YOUR ORDER MAY BE DELAYED BY SEVERAL DAYS. Our apologies for this but there is little we can do in these unforseen circumstances

My Item Has Not Arrived What can I do ?

For 1st class Royal Mail or 1st Class Recorded Delivery Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery times. In this instance please contact us after 7 days from the dispatch date which will be on your confirmation email. You can contact us at orders@premierengravedgifts.co.uk

Orders sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery should be with you in 1 full working day if posted before 4.30pm Mon to Fri, if posted after 4.30 pm on a Friday then it may be Monday or Tuesday before delivery is attempted.
