TERMS & CONDITIONS WHEN SHOPPING WITH PREMIER ENGRAVED GIFTS

“Like us” on Facebook or “Follow us” on Twitter to receive up to date discounts that can be used on your current or future orders.  Discount codes will be displayed on our Facebook pages and Twitter “Tweets”

Some products may vary slightly in appearance from the picture displayed.
If we are out of stock of an item we may upgrade you free of charge to a higher priced similar item.
If we have no alternative product suitable we will inform you via email and refund you immediately. We have a vast range of products for you to purchase online but we also have a retail store where you can come and look round and actually wait for your engraving to be done as well as “fondle” our products and see them “in the flesh” so to speak before making a purchase.

If you have placed your order online you will receive an automated email to confirm that we have received your order and payment. The email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you know that your order is being dealt with. You will receive another email when your item has been dispatched which usually happens 1 to 2 working days after the order was placed and payment received.

Please take your time and make sure you enter your credit card details correctly. Any mistakes may hold up your order. We ask for a phone number so that if there are any problems we can ring you and sort them out quickly.
The only information we may store would be your contact details so we can inform you of future new products, special offers and discounts. Premier Engraved Gifts does not keep your financial details they are only used once to process your transaction.

Premier Engraved Gifts will never pass on your details to any other company under any circumstances.

PRICES

Premier Engraved Gifts are V.A.T registered and all price's quoted are V.A.T. INCLUSIVE the price you see is the price you pay (although postage charges will be made)

We currently post to locations in the United Kingdom and World Wide.

We try to make sure that the prices on our website are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the pricing of goods in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply to us and give you the option of re-confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
If for any reason we cannot contact you we will cancel the order and process an immediate refund.
Prices may increase in line with stock cost increases and inflation at our discretion.

GOODS SUPPLIED

Goods may vary slightly from time to time to the images advertised on our website.
If we are out of stock of a product and there is insufficient time to order more, we reserve the right to send an equivalent product of the same value or higher value in a similar style.
We will never send a lesser product in the above cases, we will always send an alternative to the same value or upgrade you free of charge to the next higher priced item in that bracket.

Our images have all been produced by our in house team, we have used no stock photographs and never will do.

Whilst Premier Engraved Gifts will endeavour to despatch your product(s) as soon as possible once the order is paid for, Premier Engraved Gifts can accept no responsibility for postal delays beyond our control.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

In the unlikely event your purchase from us is faulty we will offer you a replacement or offer a full refund provided the item is returned to us within 14 days of receipt.

The item(s) must be returned to us in its original retail packaging. Before returning an item you MUST contact us first so we can give you a returns reference number. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure we receive the faulty item. Therefore we advise you to return the item by recorded delivery; this speeds up delivery and covers you should the item be lost in the post.

Engraved and Personalised items can only be returned if we have made an engraving mistake (or the item is faulty)
If the fault was yours when you gave us the instructions then the item or items cannot be returned.

In the unlikely event that we have made a mistake we will replace or refund the items free of charge and we will pay your return postage costs where applicable. Items bought that have not been engraved or personalised can be returned for any reason within 14 days (Items must be in a new and saleable condition.)
Faulty or broken goods can be returned for a replacement or refund, again we will pay all return postage costs. These terms and conditions fully comply with the "Distance Selling Regulations”

RETURNS

Personalised products and engraved products are excluded from this returns policy and cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You have the right to return a faulty item within 14 days of receipt. Items that have been altered to your specifications cannot be returned unless faulty.  Please keep any information that accompanies your item(s) as this will be needed in order to initiate and assist us in the returns process. It is advised that you check your goods immediately upon receipt and any reasons for return are communicated to Premier Engraved Gifts as soon as possible via all available communication channels such as email or telephone.

If you return an item to us which is faulty or for any other reason which is our fault, please contact us by telephone on 01709 580165 or email ORDERS@PREMIERENGRAVEDGIFTS.CO.UK to inform us and we will arrange a refund if a replacement cannot be made available. Please contact us first and we will provide you with advice on how to send the item back to us. As previously stated you should use a recorded delivery courier to protect you in case of any loses in transit.

LOST, DELAYED & MISSING DELIVERIES

Please be patient over certain postal periods as orders may be delayed at the following times.

  • Bad Weather (Snow/Ice or floods etc)
  • Bank Holidays
  • Christmas
  • Postal Strikes
  • Weekends

Most items are engraved and despatched 24 to 48 hours after payment has cleared

Orders are usually delivered within 1-3 WORKING days from the despatch date, please note that deliveries will be 1-3 working days from the despatch date and not 1-3 working days from the order date! Again the above busy postal periods can add significant delays beyond our control.

Delivery times are 1-3 working days from the despatch date but you must allow up to 7 days until contacting us; this gives Royal Mail ample extra time during busy postal periods. Please note that when we say 1-3 working days THIS IS AN ESTIMATE AND NOT A GUARANTEE!
It may be worthwhile contacting your local postal sorting office as it's possible they have already tried to deliver your package, but were unable to.

If you have recently placed an order and you think the delivery of your item/items is overdue, contact us here at orders@premierengravedgifts.co.uk remember to wait 7 days after your order until contacting us

ITEMS NOT COLLECTED FROM ROYAL MAIL

Please note that if you miss your delivery and you do not collect your parcel from your local royal mail office your order will be returned to us (this can take up to 45 days from date of order) to Premier Engraved Gifts. This is Royal Mail policy and information relating to this action is published on the Royal Mail Web Site (www.royalmail.co.uk) under heading Track & Trace.
The recorded delivery number that tracks your delivery is in the “Your order” confirmation email that we sent to you when your order was despatched.

Can you resend my package?
Yes.

Once we are in possession of your package, we will resend the item to you. The following tariffs will apply to cover postage and administration:

  • Packages weighing up to 1kg will be charged at £6.99
  • Packages weighing between 1kg and 2kg will be charged at £9.99
  • Packages weighing over 2kg will be charged at £14.99

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

1-5 working days, although most items arrive in less than 3 working days. You must wait 7 days before contacting us.

CANCELLATIONS

Items can only be cancelled if you place the cancellation request before your item(s) have been Engraved/Personalised.  For this reason we recommend ringing in any cancellation requests because if you send the request via email we may not open the email until sometime after the original order has been completed. REFUNDS

Personalised and engraved items cannot be returned for a refund unless the item is faulty.
If you have purchased anything from us without engraving/personalisation then you have the right to return any of these items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, in these cases it is your responsibility to make sure the item(s) in question arrive safe and in a new and saleable condition

Any faulty items can be returned in accordance with your statutory rights

DAMAGES & FAULTY ITEMS

If for any reason your product does not reach you in perfect condition, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will arrange for a replacement.
We guarantee that all of our products are of merchantable quality in accordance with your statutory rights. If an item develops a fault or defect within 14 days of purchase, please contact us with details of the problem and we will advise you of the action to take.
